Co-working is rapidly becoming the new normal for remote workers, small entrepreneurial businesses, creative and technical professionals, and anyone else that wants to share in a community of supportive, independent individuals working as a community.
We offer a range of co-work options, including a shared common table, multiple break-out areas, private desks, semi-private and private cubicles, as well as semi-private and private offices. All classes of membership include access to a well appointed conference room, complete with state-of-the-art video projection and tele-conferencing equipment.
We also have a large. flexible meeting space available, for hosting public and private events for up to 125 people; catering is available by separate arrangement.
Note: 24/7/365 access is also available with most membership classes.
Located right in the heart of the Midcoast region, in the Historic Downtown Village District of Waldoboro, We occupy the enitre third floor of the Jefferson Street Professional Building.
We have an elevator and offer full ADA-compliant access.
We have private desks, semi-private and private cubicles, and private office memberships available, to complement our communal co-working memberships, all at very affordable monthly memberships, and with no leases required.
All memberships include access to very high speed (300Mbps) broadband and WiFi, use of the conference room two times a month (including video projection and conferencing facilities), unlimited use of several break-out areas, printing and scanning, and other high-tech amenities.
Scanning and B&W laser printing is free with all levels of membership, as are good coffee and tea, and use of a fridge and microwave. Colour laser printing is available for 10¢/page. We also have a few ellipticals, a treadmill, and a stationary bike for member’s use, all as part of your basic membership.
